Battery End-Caps

Battery end-caps are used to provide resistance to chemicals at the ends of electrical batteries. Polyester film and dielectric materials are used for form a battery end-cap to insulate the ends of the electrical probe sensors of a battery. Battery end-caps retain outstanding chemical resistance and good tensile strength. Battery end-caps also have a high dielectric strength when polyester film or dielectric kraft materials are used.

Materials used in battery end-caps:

• Dielectric kraft
• Polyester film

We can also shrink groups of cells together in a series for medical, military, and custom battery applications.
