Our entire range of plastics and papers can be spiral-wound to form battery tubes. These tubes provide insulation for batteries that go into cordless power tools. We can also shrink groups of cells together in a series for medical, military, and custom battery applications.
One end of the tubing is formed using a heated element or a mechanical former to create a stop that will hold a battery when inserted.
