Dip and Bake Tube Process

Our unique dip and bake process is ideal for electrical tubing applications that require high-temperature resistance, dielectric strength, and structural integrity.

We use a variety of materials to manufacture UL-recognized tubing components that address "major" insulation and cost-effective "minor" insulation requirements.

As part of our dip and bake process, we offer the following varnish options:

Spec #4775 (HA)

• completely seals the outside and inside of the tube, providing a higher strength ratio

Spec #1180 (HA2)

• seals the ends of the tube as well as the outside and inside, providing a complete moisture barrier
