Leadereship & Dedication - Our leadership team including sales engineers, customer service personnel, quality assurance staff and applications engineers are dedicated to helping you find cost-effective solutions for current or developing applications. Our comprehensive knowledge of the special properties of various materials and our extensive experience with numerous tubing applications make us uniquely qualified to engineer specialized solutions to your needs.
Capabilities -We develop state-of-the-art tubing from a variety of materials, with tight adherence to specifications. Typical wall thickness' for tubes range from .006 inches to .375 inches, with tolerances as tight as .005 inches on inside diameters. Virtually any length up to 20 feet is available, depending on materials and diameters. Our engineers will design tubing to meet a variety of U.L. Systems. We specializes in different bow types to reduce collapse during transformer winding. In addition, we will handle virtually all of your slitting/sheeting needs in a variety of different materials and mil thicknesses.
